BY NOW.....YOU ALL KNOW OF MY LOVE OF FLOWERS......
TODAY I am giving away this little piece of art that once again has hung in my home in various places.....Actually it has been one of my favorites over the years but alas....I no longer have NEED OF IT.
OK....HERE IS HOW TO ENTER......TELL ME ONE THING YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR......
NO.....IT CAN'T BE THE USUAL FAMILY AND FRIENDS RESPONSE....WE ALL ARE GRATEFUL FOR THOSE...IT MUST BE SOMETHING ELSE....
O.k. I'll start......I'm grateful for the sight in my left eye....
Without it I would be completely blind....and I am such a visual person I would be at such a loss without my vision.
O.K......YOUR TURN.

Good morning! Any friend of ZuZu's is a friend of mine. I'm so glad that you stopped by. I am truly grateful for the wonderful friends I've found in blogging. I've learned so much from them. I was fortunate enough to actually meet two of them, face-to-face, on my recent visit home to Virginia. I'm looking forward to visits with you.

I am grateful that I am healthy. I hardly ever get sick (going on 3 years without even a sniffle) and I realize how this makes my life so much easier. It's kept me determined to stay healthy through my senior years and off of any medication. I truly am either lucky or just blessed. Either way, I am grateful for that gift of health.
ReplyDeleteWith all my disabilities, I'm grateful to just get up in the morning. I'm grateful to God for all his goodness and I'm grateful to him for all the talent that he has given me. It makes me happy.

I am grateful that tomorrow I will be able to sleep late! sandie
ReplyDeleteHaving a chronic illness that causes me considerable pain, I am so grateful for the rare days when I am able to do just that little bit extra. I consider those days to be true blessings.
ReplyDeleteJo, I couldn't help but notice in your header, there is a vintage flyer for Quackenbush's of Troy, NY Spring Fashions. Being from Glens Falls (just up the road a piece from Troy) it made me wonder if you have roots here in the Northeast???
Have a wonderful weekend!
Blessings,
Martha
Hi Jo,
ReplyDeleteThat's easy. God's love.
Happy weekend to you!

Dearest Jo: I am so grateful for the wonderful outlet I've discovered (blogging) and for all the incredible and talented, gracious souls I'm constantly meeting, such as yourself. Having relocated from my hometown into a larger city, oftentimes, I've felt disconnected, but this opportunity to share with like minded, creative individuals has helped me feel like I belong to something larger than myself. Blessings to you, always! Sheila
