A LITTLE TIDBIT

The other day in Dear Abby, I read about a couple who were arguing over whether the open end of the pillow case should face the center of the bed or the edge of the bed - come on!! What is this about? In our world today with war, famine, social injustice and financial disaster - how about focusing on what is really important. Make today the day you decide what is truly important in life and focus on that. We have a beautiful world we live in - Let's make it better!

MAKE TODAY SMILE DAY

Did you know that one brow wrinkle is the result of 200,000 frowns? I know, I can just see us running to the mirror to count our brow wrinkles. I personally have far too many. Sooo... today I vow to put a smile on my face all day. Try it, those wrinkles might just disappear. These beautiful photos will bring a smile to your face . ENJOY!!

TODAY IS GIVE SOMEONE A KISS DAY

Hi there -- Who knew that a one minute kiss burns 26 calories? I just learned this as Snapple fact #102. So this is my thought for today -- GIVE SOMEONE A BIG KISS -- and while you are at it, throw in a hug too!! Who knows how many calories this might burn? Before long we will all be skinny and smiling from ear to ear. ENJOY -- GOOD DAY TO ALL Jo

TODAY IS A RED DAY

Yesterday was my 63rd birthday. I woke up this morning trying to figure out how I feel about that. Actually, I feel pretty good. In fact I feel like it is a red day. Red has the shortest wavelength of color spectrum. It is definitely the color of vitality and energy. A red garment can represent passion, strength, courage and even the steady fire of good cheer. Whatever the message - a red garment ALWAYS says - look at me, I am here!!!! All of us have difficulty and sadness in our lives, but the key is to wake up every day and MAKE IT A RED DAY. You only go around once - so stop the show - wear a red dress!. Have a wonderful day, Jo
