I don't know abut you.....but I am totally in awe of all the beautiful homes and gardens that are shown all around blogland.
I was out working in my yard on this glorious Sunday and it just occurred to me that hundred's of you ladies out there are probably doing the same thing.
And as I am clipping and pruning; the thought also occurs to me how much time and effort we ladies put into making our homes beautiful and inviting.
Oh.....I know we all say......we love giving to our families and hopefully they enjoy our efforts............but nevertheless, it requires a lot of time and effort to keep a beautiful home; not to mention the time it takes to post a beautiful blog.
So HERE IS A TIP OF MY HAT TO ALL YOU BEAUTIFUL WOMEN OUT THERE WHO MAKE LIFE BEAUTIFUL AROUND YOU.
Blessing to all of you.......have a wonderful week.
Jo
I feel the same way about all the lovely blogs out here including of course yours too.
ReplyDeleteYou all amaze me at how beautiful you keep your homes and gardens. I was just having this very same conversation with Susan last night at Art of Mine. Unfortunately I am not one of you but would love to be.
Thanks for writing a great post

Hi, Jo,
ReplyDeleteYou certainly have a lovely home and beautiful garden! Yes, I, too, stand amazed at all the pretty homes and gardens that I see. This may sound weird, but I love to drive around neighborhoods and look at the houses and wonderful gardens, especially older homes in older neighborhoods. Of course, here in blogland they are abundant, too. I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday and a blessed week ahead! I laughed about the story of your grandson and the book. As a former teacher, I knew exactly what book he was talking about. Kids are so funny! Love and blessings~ Vicki
Great post!! Wishing you a week of happiness :-)

Hi Jo,
ReplyDeleteI sure enjoyed meeting you over the weekend. When Sandy told me your age, I was in awe. You don't look your age at all. And I can tell...you're just as beautiful on the inside. : )
You have a beautiful Blog here. All the photos on your side bars are gorgeous.
I scrolled down to see your adorable grandson. I, too, got a kick out of his purchase from Toys R Us. What a cutie. : )
Take good care of that foot!!!

Late getting here but had to say YOU have both a beautiful home and garden! I'm still trying to juggle a new job, emptying my house and learning to live in a dorm room, so I'll be slow getting here for awhile. Just know I think of you and hope your foot is healing well...
ReplyDeleteTake care(o:
I am with you. Hats off to all the beautiful home and blog making gals out here.
ReplyDeleteBlessings
Gwen
ohh I found a sister for sure, sorry for my "serial commenting" on your blog LOL, but I'm loving it here very much today! I've also had it in mind to make my "Ode to the women of blogland" I've been mentioning for months now and have not done it, but its very close, and now I see this post! Mine will be longer unfortunately, but these are my sentiments exactly! My life has changed because of these women and they don't even know me, and I don't know them, and here everything around me has been affected by their work and posts in blogging, my entire life inspired....be still my heart. Thank you for this! Lady
