TIME ........ WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOURS?





It has been rainy and cold here in Arizona, so that has allowed me some time for contemplation.
It is the end of another year and in looking back on mine I realize that I have not exactly spent mine as I would have wanted.




At 63, and an empty nester,  you would think that I would have control over this aspect of my life.  But it seems, I still have a lot to learn in this regard.



I still spend far too much time taking care of others instead of taking care of myself.  It seems I always put myself far down on my "TO DO LIST".

I get sidetracked with things of no real importance and then wonder, where the time goes.




This year the only thing I told my husband I wanted for Christmas was a gift certificate to my favorite spa.  He was kind enough to get just that for me.




So we will see, if this year, I use it before the end of 2010.  It will mean putting myself first and really paying attention to my time.




I have 365 days ahead of me.  Each one contains 24 hours.  I vow to spend them wisely, BEFORE I RUN OUT OF TIME!

    I have no trouble making time for myself. I do projects I like and learn new things, like blogging.

    oh how important it is to take time for ourselves...we must do it, we need to do it or else we can not give of ourselves fully-
    I know, I've been doing that lately. It is time for a change and what better time than now?

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY......I'M GOING TO HAVE A WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY MONTH!!!

PUTTING ON MY GYPSY SHOES......................

Bo Bunny Paper Collection Well.......the coach is packed...the laundry done in the condo....and we will be on our way tomorrow. I often do feel like a gypsy moving from one spot to another....and each year my gratitude grows as I am able to continue this lifestyle. HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND A MERRY CHRISTMAS

This is a picture of our little tree this year.  Each year our trees seem to be smaller, a function of our getting older and just wanting to deal with less stuff.  I'm sure a few of you feel them same.  Although it does seem to be a little weird that we want to deal with fewer Christmas decorations and give each other MORE STUFF in the way of presents under the tree.   Ahhh...being human is such a quandary sometimes!                                          MERRY CHRISTMAS                                                          Jo
